Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for confirmed bookings. Specific terms for your booking are set out in your written confirmation and prevail where they differ.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
Cancellation by you
Because our experiences are capacity-limited and arranged with on-ground partners well in advance, cancellation terms are tiered by how far ahead you cancel. Indicative windows (confirmed in your booking) are:
- More than 60 days before the experience start date: refund of amounts paid, less a non-refundable booking deposit.
- 30–60 days before: partial refund as specified in your confirmation.
- Fewer than 30 days before, or no-show: no refund, as commitments to partners and communities are already in place.
Non-refundable amounts
The booking deposit and any third-party charges already incurred on your behalf (permits, special access, bespoke arrangements) are non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel an experience for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid to us or a transfer to a future chapter. We are not liable for incidental costs such as flights or insurance.
Force majeure
Where an experience is prevented or materially disrupted by events beyond reasonable control (natural events, government action, public-health measures), we will offer a credit or rescheduling where possible; cash refunds may be limited to recoverable amounts.
How to request a refund
Email first100@tourify.in with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline in the Payment & Booking Policy.
