About our experiences

Tourify curates invitation-based cultural travel experiences in Kerala, India. Detailed itineraries, inclusions, pricing and availability are shared privately following a request and are confirmed only in writing at the time of booking.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request or make a booking. By doing so you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Bookings & confirmation

• A request through this site is an expression of interest, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and received the required payment per the Payment & Booking Policy.
• Capacity for the inaugural chapter is strictly limited; places are offered, not guaranteed.

Pricing

Prices are quoted privately and may change until a booking is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable taxes.

Your responsibilities

• Holding valid identification, visas and travel documents required for travel in India.
• Arranging adequate travel and medical insurance.
• Conducting yourself respectfully toward hosts, communities and cultural sites.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, branding and design, is owned by or licensed to Tourify and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
